Watertown Sons-of-Italy

It was a beautiful day on Sunday Oct 7, 2018 for the annual Columbus Day parade in Boston, with 15 participants representing our Watertown Sons of Italy. This year the parade started in Suffolk Downs and ended in Maverick Sq in East Boston, about 2.8 miles, almost a 5K walk. Mel Martocchia was able to take some photos prior to and during the parade. A couple of photos are courtesy of Gerri Palladino. More of his photos for the whole parade, which show the large extent of participation from many intities, are at https://northendwaterfront.com/2018/10/columbus-day-parade-in-east-boston-photo-gallery/ ...
